D&P considers which of its customers is suitable for the Advanced Commission Program based on the dealer’s credit score and based on the dealer’s F&I insurance sales history. These dealers are subject to the intense due diligence and compliance analysis necessary to provide insurance products.

Direct Advanced Commission to Auto Dealers

As the principal amount of loans is paid back and revenue is generated from the Program, D&P will redeploy the principal amount and a portion of the profits earned as further advanced commission loans. This results in the continual growth of the funds available for lending and corresponding profits from the Advanced Commission Program.

How the Program Generates Profit

Interest Income:

On average, the loans advanced under the Program are expected to bear interest at 12.00% per annum.

Product Revenue:

D&P as the insurance administrator, earns revenue from the insurance and warranty products sold. During the loan term, D&P expects a net product revenue of approximately $ 35,000 per month per dealer under the Program.
